Hourly Fees:

Licensed Fiduciary rate: $165.00 per hour

Fiduciary Assistant rate: $90.00 per hour

Percentage Fee for Trust Administration:

Typical percentage fee calculations for trust administration is based on 1.25% of the gross fair market value of the trust per annum. North Bay Fiduciary Services reserves the right to charge percentage fees based on the following gross fair market values:

• $5,000,000 - $10,000,000:  1.00% per annum
• $10,000,000 and above:  0.75% per annum

California Probate statutory fee schedule:

Statutory fees for the Personal Representative for ordinary services are authorized under California Probate Code §10800 and, pursuant to Probate Code §10800 are computed on a fee base comprised of gross assets, receipts to the estate, and gains on sales, less losses, as follows:

• 4% of the first $100,000
• 3% of the next $100,000
• 2% of the next $800,000
• 1% of the next $9 Million
• 0.5% of the next $15 Million
• Court Discretion after $25 Million

Costs that are not part of the standard administration are billed separately. They include but are not limited to, court fees,  delivery fees, and notary fees.

Invoices are billed monthly and due upon receipt. The tasks are billed in 6 minute increments and reflect actual time spent.
